Lucknow: in Uttar Pradesh A road accident took place in Lakhimpur Kheri area on Wednesday10 people died in Around 41 people were injured. The injured have been shifted to the hospital and are being treated. The accident took place when a bus and a mini truck collided head-on on National Highway No. 730. A private bus going from Dauraha to Lucknow was hit by an oncoming mini truck on Aira Bridge.
12 of the injured have been shifted to the trauma center in Lucknow while the rest are undergoing treatment at Kheri district hospital. Lucknow Divisional Commissioner Roshan Jacob visited the hospital to see the injured.

She was shocked to see the condition of a child injured in the accident. He was moved to tears while talking to his mother. The boy was affectionately visited with tears in his eyes. Later, the authorities were ordered to provide better treatment to him. The video has gone viral on social media.

President Murmu, Prime Minister Modi and UP CM Yogi condoled the road accident. 2 lakh under the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund for the families of the deceased and Rs. 50,000 financial assistance will be provided, PMO office said.
