✅Delhi LG Saxena Said Would Take Legal Action Against AAP Leaders

Witness, New Delhi: Delhi Lt Governor VK Saxena is ready to take legal action against the Aam Aadmi leaders who have been accused of corruption of Rs.1,400 crores. He has made it clear that he will file a defamation suit against MLAs Atish and Saurabh Bhardwaj who made false and defamatory allegations against him and several other AAP leaders. LG’s office has issued a statement to this effect.

AAP leaders are alleging that during demonetisation of 2016, LG Saxena exchanged demonetised notes worth around Rs 1,400 crore. He was criticized for being the chairman of the government’s Khadi department and being involved in the scam. However, Saxena refuted the allegations. Officials said legal action will be taken against the MLAs as well as the Chairman of the Delhi Development Commission, Jasmin Shah. ‘Kejriwal and Kodi are characteristic of coming to accuse someone. LG paid special attention to the false and defamatory allegations made by AAP leaders. It was decided to take legal action against them. AAP leaders cannot escape.’ said LG Saxena’s office.
