He is not resigning. The Governor is awaiting legal advice. We were told that a decision would be issued in two days. We questioned the governor about the information being leaked to the media. Last Tuesday, 32 MLAs were moved to Chhattisgarh as there is a possibility of tempting the MLAs to topple the Jharkhand government. In this order, Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that the MLAs are writing strategies to improve the current situation. This is the third time in a year and a half that MLAs have been moved from Congress-ruled states to Chhattisgarh due to allegations that BJP is buying MLAs. On the occasion of the Rajya Sabha elections in June this year, the Haryana Congress moved its MLAs to Raipur. In April 2021, the alliance led by BPF and Congress also took the MLAs.
