Patna: The caste-wise census in Bihar began on Saturday. Deputy Chief Minister Tejaswi Yadav described this count as historic. He said that with this process, scientific data will be available for the welfare schemes provided to the weaker sections of the society. On the occasion of the commencement of caste-wise census, Tejaswi Yadav told reporters that only BJP is criticizing that all parties are in favor of caste-wise census in Mahaghatabandhan.
“A historic process has started in the state. The Mahaghatbandhan government has launched this massive exercise. Through this, scientific information about the weak sections of Badugu will be made available and welfare schemes will be provided to those who deserve it,” he said. He criticized BJP as an anti-poor party and does not support such processes.
