To recall, after winning the bid in October last year itself, Tata Sons is once again ready to operate Air India. Till now everything was going smooth. But now the pilots of Air India have created a new controversy. By writing a letter to the management, he has made some demands, if not fulfilled, he has also warned of legal action. Pilots believe that if Air India does not fulfill these demands, then Tata Sons may also have to bear its burden.
These are the demands of the pilots
Even before Air India officially goes into the hands of Tata Sons, the pilots have put forth their demands by writing letters. In this letter, he has written that he appreciates the company’s efforts to clear the dues but is disappointed with the way the process is being carried out. Air India has also decided to make a number of deductions before clearing the dues to the pilots. The pilots have started protesting against it.
Pilots say they should be informed of the reasons for the cuts before they can be made. He has also termed it as the wrong intention of the management. Along with this, he has also called this process illegal. The pilots have also warned the management that if the entire process is not resolved in time, they will also take action by taking refuge in the law. He also expressed the apprehension that the new buyer will have to bear unnecessary burden after the handover.

Tata Airlines was established in the year 1932 by the Tata Group. The government nationalized it in 1953 under the name of Air India. Now once again Tata has got the responsibility of this airline. After the complete process, it can be handed over on Thursday. Prior to that, the pilots have expressed this concern.
