Send A Message To 121
First, open your mobile phone and go to the “Messages” app. Type the message in the given format and send it to “ 121 ”. Now understand the way of messaging:
- EPREBILL <space> Full month name <space> Your email address (to which you want to send the statement)
IMPORTANT: This SMS has to be done from the same prepaid Airtel SIM whose call record you want.
Let us understand this example. Let’s say you have to see the Call Statement for the month “ OCTOBER ” of any year (2021 etc.). And you want it to be sent to the “ abcd2021@gmail.com ” email address. In this case, you have to SMS something like this:

Open Message App
Now you will get a message from “ 121 ” within 1-4 minutes. In which important information related to viewing the call list will be included. For example:

- Email Information
- Call History Password
Note down your password. And open the Email App on your mobile.
Note: In some cases, the message can take a longer time. If the message does not come for 15 minutes, you should check the SMS structure. Because we sometimes send wrong (Wrong Format) in a hurry.
Go to Inbox of Email
In your Email App (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) you will see an email from Airtel. To see the call details, you have to open that email. Now scroll down the opened mail. Download Call History
You have to download that PDF Statement File. After that, you can open it. On opening that file, you will be asked to enter the password. Here the password found in the message has to be entered.

First of all, open the dial pad of your phone. Now dial “ *121# ” from your Airtel Number and tap on Call Button.
Select My Account Info
Shortly after, a carrier message will appear from Airtel Cellular. You have to follow the instruction shown here. In this way, first of all, you have to go to the option with “ My Account Info ”.

View Call Summary Details

WARNING: In this tutorial, you will not be able to log in to Airtel Thanks without OTP. If you want to check someone else’s call history or SMS history through this method, then you must have their phone with you.
Install Airtel Thanks App
- First of all, go to the Google Play Store on your Smartphone. Then install this app from there.
- After successfully downloading and installing this app, open it.
- Now it will ask you to give some permission to your Smartphone.
- Tap on ” ALLOW ” to provide permission.
Verify Airtel Number
Now you have to log in to My Airtel. For this, your Airtel SIM has to be verified with the help of OTP.
