How To Obtain Jamabandi Nakal/Mutation Copy Online?
If you have registered and mutated your land records on the Rajasthan Apna Khata portal, then you can get a copy of it with ease. With the help of the Apna Khata portal, the applicants can easily download Jamabandi and Mutation (नामांतरण) copy. So, if you also want to download a copy of Jamabandi Nakal, then follow these steps.
- Firstly, go to the official website on apnakhata.raj.nic.in.
- Here, you can see the Farm Map Rajasthan district-wise on the right side.
- Click on your district name on the Rajasthan map or Bhu Naksha.
- Once you select your district, a new page will appear on the screen. Here, click on your “Tehsil”.
- Another new page will appear on the screen. Choose the Cadastral Year from “Past” or “Current”.
- From the table of given Hindi alphabets, click the starting letter of your village name.
- The villages in that Tehsil will be displayed on the screen. Click on your village from the given list.
- You will get a page for viewing the Jamabandi / Mutation (नामांतरण) of the selected village.
- Enter the following details in the empty fields on the page.

- At the bottom of the page, there are two options:

How To Apply/Register For Apna Khata Mutation(नामांतरण)?
If you still haven’t applied for Mutation for your land records, then you can apply for it easily online. No need to visit the Tahsildar or Gram Panchayat anymore. You can just apply for the Apna Khata Land Record Mutation online by following these steps.
- First of all, open your computer or laptop, and visit the apnakhata.raj.nic.in website.
- On the homepage, click on “नामांतरण के लिए आवेदन करें”(Apply for Mutation).
- Upon clicking this, an application form for the land records mutation will appear.
- Enter the following details of yours in the given application form.
- Name of applicant
- Father’s Name
- Mobile number
- Email ID
- Residential Address
- For the address, select your district, Tehsil, and village also.
- Then, you have to choose one option from the following:
- बैंक से लिए गए ऋण का नामांतरण दर्ज करने हेतु
- रहनमुक्त (ऋणमुक्त) का नामांतरण दर्ज करने हेतु
- विरासत का नामांतरण दर्ज करने हेतु
- हक त्याग का नामांतरण दर्ज करने हेतु
- उपहार का नामांतरण दर्ज करने हेतु
- नाबालिग से बालिग का नामांतरण दर्ज करने हेतु
- Once you have selected one of the above options, another page will appear. Enter the required details here too and click on “आगे चले ” to proceed.
- Here, you have to enter either your Khata number or Khasra number. If you don’t have any of these two, you can’t apply for the mutation.
- Enter the Khasra number or Khata number in its respective field and click on “आगे चले ” to go to the next page.
- Here, click the button to send OTP to your mobile number. Enter the OTP correctly and upload the documents for the application.
- You must note that the documents should be in PDF format. If more than one document is needed, then keep all of them in a single PDF. Each page of the PDF should not exceed 150 KB.
- Finally, click on “सुरक्षित करे” to submit your application for Apna Khata mutation.
