On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, people of Samastipur Darbhanga and Madhubani districts had eaten curd breaking the record last time. It is expected that this time from January 14 to January 15, the people of Darbhanga, Samastipur and Madhubani are going to break the previous record of eating curd and milk.

Sangh’s Managing Director Dharmendra Kumar Srivastava said that there is a big festival of Makar Sankranti in our area. In this, curd-chooda and milk are used more. This time 22 lakh liters of milk is likely to be consumed. Last time it was 17 lakh liters. Not only this, 202 tonnes of curd was consumed last time. This time the target has been set to sell 280 tonnes.

Srivastava said that production on this scale has been possible due to the members of the Board of Directors, employees and milk producing cattle owners. This time Sudha Dairy has been successful in fulfilling its production according to the demand of consumers by breaking all its previous year records. Union is always prompt in maintaining quality in its production.
