Cases of new variants were found in two educational institutions

In the past, corona explosion was also seen in two educational institutions of Karnataka. Here 14 corona cases were reported in one institute, while 19 cases were found in another institute. It was a matter of concern that out of these 33 cases, five were cases of Omicron variant. Apart from this, a person who came from UK was also found to be Omicron positive.

All the people who came from South Africa last month

Since last month, 94 people from South Africa had come to Karnataka. People who came to Karnataka were tested for corona. Of these, corona infection was found in two people. Two cases of the new variant of Corona were reported in Karnataka. Both the patients were 66 and 46 years old. Both had mild symptoms. People who came in contact with these patients were also tested.
