Covid cases in Gujarat: Schools from class 1 to 9 closed in Gujarat, online studies will be held till January 31

In view of the increasing cases of corona virus (Covid 19), the Gujarat government has issued a new corona guideline. According to this, the schools from class 1 to 9 have been closed till January 31. During this period, the education of children will now be online. At the same time, the night curfew has been extended till 10 am in the guideline.

In Gujarat, 5396 new cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours, after which the number of active cases has increased to 18,583. At the same time, 1158 infected patients have also recovered in the state on Friday. At the same time, 204 cases of Omicron, the new variant of Kovid in the state, have been found. Now the total number of corona infected in the state has gone up to 85,0252. Along with this, 821541 patients have also been recovered.

Online hearing in Gujarat High Court

In the midst of increasing cases, the Gujarat High Court has decided to conduct online hearings from Monday. The Gujarat High Court Lawyers Association had requested the Chief Justice to make the court proceedings online. The lawyers had demanded that due to the increasing cases of Corona, the court proceedings should be made online for the next three weeks.

It is worth noting that two days ago only gate number 5 was kept open for entry into the Gujarat High Court and all other gates were closed. Only lawyers are being given entry in the court. The court canteen was also closed. The High Court premises will be sanitized for the next two days. Lawyers’ chambers will also remain closed. 10 counters will be started for case filing.

On the other hand, 140,883 new cases of Kovid were registered across the country on Friday. There were also 282 deaths within the last 24 hours. However, on this day 40,702 patients have also recovered from the infection.
