The Income Tax Raid, which started at 6 am on Thursday in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, ended at 9 pm on Friday night in liquor businessman Shankar Rai and his family. Teams from different places of the state raided more than ten places of Rai family for about 39 hours.

After the physical raid was over, Joint Commissioner of Income Tax Department, Jabalpur Munmun Sharma said that the investigation of the documents seized from this family will be done in Bhopal. After the end of the action, the department has not given information about how much cash, how much jewelery and other things have been recovered from here. Sharma told that during the raid, bags full of notes were thrown in the container of water, which have been confiscated. In the coming days, after the completion of the investigation, full details of this raid will be given.

In fact, two interesting videos have come to light in the Income Tax Raid of the Rai family for two days, in which Income Tax officials are taking out a bag full of money from a water tank. At the same time, in the second video, two thousand and 500-500 rupees notes of one crore rupees are being dried with a hair dryer so that the department officials can count it. After collecting cash, jewelery and other items, the team of Income Tax Department will now scrutinize the papers.

Through the papers, the officers of the Income Tax Department will investigate from where the Rai brothers have earned unaccounted wealth, whether this money is of tax evasion or is there something else.
