Delhi Fire Tragedy: People rescued by ropes and stairs, see how locals saved lives

Things were normal in a building in Delhi’s Mundka till around 4 pm on Friday. The scorching afternoon was passing somehow. People were busy with their work. It was about to get dusk. But no one knew what the dusk would wreak havoc. The fire broke out suddenly at around 04:45. People groaned. Screaming started. People working in the factory started running here and there to save their lives. Somebody called the fire brigade and someone was calling the police. The flames were rising. The effort to save lives was on. Watch this video.

As many as 27 people died after a massive fire broke out at a three-storey commercial building near Mundka metro station in west Delhi. Several others are still missing. Watch how people tried to escape building.
