Earthquake tremors were felt in Jammu and Kashmir. It is being told that these tremors came at 9.43 pm. The magnitude of the earthquake was 5.3 on the Richter scale. The epicenter of the earthquake is being told on the Afghanistan-Tajikistan border. There is no news of any threat to life and property due to the earthquake.

According to NCS, the epicenter of the earthquake was in Faizabad, Afghanistan at 9:43 pm. The magnitude of the earthquake in Kashmir was 5.3. As soon as the tremors of the earthquake were felt, people immediately came out of their homes. According to the people, the ground shook very fast, due to which everyone got scared.

Earlier on December 27, earthquake tremors were felt in the Union Territory of Ladakh, the intensity of the earthquake felt in Ladakh was 5.0 on the Richter scale. The epicenter of the earthquake was 146 km from Kargil in Ladakh. Its depth was 137 km.
