There was a stir when the girl’s body was found in a well of a village in Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh. Police has sent the body for postmortem and has started investigation into the matter. On the other hand, the relatives of the deceased girl, accusing the police of negligence, blocked the road by placing the dead body at Sidhi Samrat Chowk. The road was opened only after assurances from senior police officers.

Police engaged in solving the case

On this matter, the Additional SP, while assuring the relatives, has assured to arrest the accused involved in the murder at the earliest. Let me tell you, on January 4, the girl had mysteriously disappeared from the house. The local people were furious after this incident. Meanwhile, the pressure on the police to solve the matter at the earliest is increasing.

The relatives had lodged a missing complaint with the police station and expressed doubts about a servant working in their house. When the body was found in the well behind the house in the morning, the family created a ruckus, accusing the police of negligence. The matter could be settled only after persuasion by the police.

The family had expressed the possibility of kidnapping

The relatives of the deceased girl say that they had suspected a person of abduction. Had the police done something at the same time, perhaps his daughter would have been alive. Police say that some things will be clear only after the postmortem report comes. The police has arrested a person on the basis of suspicion, but is avoiding saying anything.
