- PM Modi also had to be involved
- Corona cases are increasing continuously in Gujarat
After spending crores of rupees behind the preparations for the Vibrant Gujarat Summit-2022, the Gujarat government has decided to postpone the summit due to the increasing case of Corona. PM Modi was also going to attend this Vibrant Gujarat Summit of the Gujarat government. This program was to be held from January 10 to January 12, which has now been postponed.
Like the Gujarat government, Revenue Minister Rajendra Trivedi gave this information on Thursday. He said that Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has taken the decision to postpone the Vibrant Summit keeping in mind the views of everyone and in view of the increasing cases of Corona.
26 partner countries were involved in this summit. This is the reason why this time the slogan was changed from self-reliant Gujarat to self-reliant India. This time Gujarat was playing the role of Gateway of India. Other countries including Germany, France, Italy, Canada, Australia, Japan, Russia, Israel, Singapore, Sweden, South Korea, Denmark and Finland were to participate in this summit.
In Gujarat, not only the Vibrant Gujarat Summit has been postponed, but this year, the Pantag Mahotsav and flower show before Makar Sankranti have also been postponed.
Let us inform that in the last 24 hours, 3350 new cases of corona have been registered in Gujarat. In Ahmedabad alone, more than 1600 coronas have been found infected. Due to the ever-increasing infection in the state, the opposition party Congress was demanding the cancellation of the Vibrant Summit.
Significantly, when Aaj Tak asked Road Transport Minister and senior BJP leader Nitin Gadkari in a special program about the launch of new schemes during the Corona period, he said that we are not a saint but a political party. .
