After the suicide of the contractor, the ruckus continues in Karnataka. Today Congress is making a big demonstration against Minister Eshwarappa. During this, senior Congress leaders have been taken into custody. The names of Siddaramaiah, Randeep Surjewala and DK Shivakumar have also surfaced among those taken into custody.

Actually, Santosh Patil, a civil contractor in Karnataka, committed suicide on Monday. Santosh’s body was found from a lodge in Udupi. Santosh Patil had sent a WhatsApp message to his friend. In this, he blamed the minister for his death.

Surjewala targeted Bommai

Randeep Surjewala tweeted and wrote, “Instead of arresting Minister Eshwarappa who demanded 40% commission, Bommai government is arresting former CM Siddaramaiah, Karnataka Chief DK Shivakumar and Congress leaders. “We will not bow down until Eshwarappa is removed from the cabinet and arrested,” he said. For Santosh Patil, justice is the mission for every Kannada person. On the birth anniversary of Babasaheb, CM Bommai is killing the Constitution.

Eshwarappa should be removed from the cabinet

Congress leader Nasir Hussain said, we are demanding an inquiry in this matter. He said, Minister Eshwarappa is directly involved in this matter and he demands 40% commission from all the contractors. He demanded from the Karnataka government that Eshwarappa should be removed from the cabinet. Such a person cannot be made a minister after such allegations. Nasir Hussain also demanded the arrest of Eshwarappa. He said, in this matter from CM to Modi no one is interfering.

‘Eshwarappa responsible for my death’

Santosh Patil wrote, ‘Eshwarappa is responsible for my death. They should be punished. Earlier, Santosh Patil himself had made allegations against Eshwarappa by writing a letter to PM Modi. It was said that Minister Eshwarappa had demanded 40 percent commission from him in return for the work. A case has been registered against Eshwarappa and two of his associates on the complaint of Santosh’s brother Prashant Patil.

Congress surrounded the government

In this matter, the Congress is constantly targeting the BJP government and accusing it of corruption. Congress leaders have protested against Eshwarappa across the state today. Congress is demanding Eshwarappa’s resignation.

What is the demand of Congress

Congress leader DK Shiva Kumar alleged that Eshwarappa wanted bribe from his party worker but was harassed. Victim Santosh pleaded for justice everywhere. But he was not listened to. DK Shivakumar said, Santosh also tried to meet CM Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai in Udupi. He alleged that Eshwarappa was responsible for Santosh’s death. Shivakumar has appealed to the government that the law should be protected. The minister should be arrested. A case of corruption should be registered against him.
