Corona patients living in home isolation in Delhi will now be able to do yoga sitting at home. Announcing this, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that there will be 8 classes everyday. Instructor will teach people to do yoga. In this, 40 thousand people will be able to do yoga simultaneously. These yoga classes will start from tomorrow.

Arvind Kejriwal told that the Delhi government is going to start yoga classes from today. Under this, corona patients living in home isolation will now be able to do yoga sitting at home. Instructors will teach yoga to people. He told that a large number of instructors have been prepared in the Delhi government. They will make people do yoga, which will prove to be helpful in the fight against Corona. He told that there will be 5 classes everyday. People will be able to join them according to the time they have. Not only this, an instructor will only make 10-15 people do yoga at a time.

Delhi government will send a link to the patients living in home isolation today. It will have 8 slots. From 6 am to 11 am, there will be 5 classes of 1-1 hours and in the evening from 4 pm to 7 pm there will be 3 classes i.e. total 8 classes of yoga. The patient has to choose a time according to himself. At the same time, he will be able to do yoga everyday. Yoga will be taught to the people by the Yoga Instructor. These classes will start from tomorrow. An instructor will teach online yoga to only 15 people at a time. So that the instructor can keep an eye on every patient and can do all the yoga well.
