Commissioner of North Delhi Municipal Corporation, Sanjay Goyal has instructed the DCs of 6 zones to survey the area within 48 hours and tell which factory is running without a license. And the rules are not following the law. Also, the report of the survey has been sought within 48 hours.
Every building will be tested to these standards
– Such buildings coming in Mundka area which are located on residential Lal Dore or agricultural land.
– What is the height of the building along with the year of construction.
– Is the building old or new, or it is under construction.
Whether the building plan was approved or not, if not, why not?
The purpose for which the building was constructed, whether that purpose is proper in the eyes of law or not.
Whether the building has got NOC from the Fire Department of Delhi or not.
Whether factory license, trade license and other permissions have been obtained.
There is no conversion charge, property tax and any dues of the corporation.
– Buildings on which action has taken place in the past or they have been given show cause notice.
– Whether any action is pending from the side of the corporation.
Mayor said – ordered the survey
Mayor of North Delhi Municipal Corporation Raja Iqbal Singh told that 6 DCs of North Delhi Municipal Corporation have been instructed to survey within 48 hours and tell which factory is running without license. If she is not following the rule, then its report has also been sought within 48 hours.
‘No NOC to any factory in Mundka’
At the same time, Delhi Fire Chief Atul Garg said that till now no factory has received NOC in Mundka area. While many factories like Mundka are expected to run in the area.
