Order to present the accused of cheating cricketer Rishabh Pant, know what is the whole matter

Cricketer Rishabh Pant: Cricketer Mryank Singh, accused of duping Indian cricket team’s wicketkeeper and batsman Rishabh Pant by Rs 1.63 crore in the name of expensive watches last year, has been issued a notice to produce him in the Saket court from Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. In February 2021, Rishabh Pant and his manager Puneet Solanki filed a case against Mrinak. Mrinak is lodged in Arthur Road Jail on charges of cheating a Mumbai-based businessman of six lakhs. It is said that Pant is fond of expensive watches.

Mryank Singh had promised to get an expensive brand of watches cheap and Pant gave him Rs. According to the complaint, in January 2021, Mrinak had informed Pant and Puneet about their business of watches. He had said that along with watches, he has started the business of bags and jewelery etc. According to sources, Mrinak has cheated a film director and many others as well. Along with this, there is an allegation of cheating co-players in Vijay Yadav’s Cricket Academy located in Faridabad. Because of this he was expelled from the academy.

Mrinak is imprisoned in Arthur Road Jail

Mryank is currently in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail after he was arrested by the Juhu Police for cheating a businessman in the city. While this matter has come to the fore recently, the check given to Pant by Mrinak Singh had bounced a few months back. In an interview, Pant’s lawyer Eklavya Dwivedi gave full details of the incident.
