Corruption is so spread in the government system that even Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot seems helpless. Gehlot said that even in the department that I have, I cannot guarantee that corruption is not happening in the department. There are people there too. No one is coming from outside or from abroad to do corruption. On Monday, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot was giving clarification on the complaint of corruption in the department of teachers.

On November 16, Gehlot had asked the teachers whether they had to pay money to get the work done, so everyone had said yes. Since then the Chief Minister has given clarification on corruption eight times. When the Chief Minister was asked why the government does not allow those who are caught in corruption to be prosecuted, the Chief Minister replied that sometimes the matter appears to be something else and later something else emerges.

It is worth mentioning that a large number of officers and employees caught on corruption charges are acquitted and reinstated without getting sanction for prosecution from the government. Gehlot blamed the central government for giving prime posting again to the IAS and IPS officers caught on corruption charges. He said that the permission to prosecute IAS and IPS officers comes from the central government. We cannot do anything in that. Gehlot said that we are doing full monitoring against corruption.

MLA got furious due to lack of name on invitation letter

The program is the dream project of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, under which an invitation letter was prepared for the investment summit in Sawai Madhopur regarding investment. In this, apart from the PWD Minister and Industries Minister and Industry Secretary, the names of other ministers and officials were there, but the name of the MLA was not there. Because of this, he became enraged. The anger was so much that while writing the letter, he put the date of February instead of January. When there was a ruckus about the letter of the MLA, Collector Rajendra Kishan said that I have not given the name or format from my side. The formats and names that came from the Industries Department have been printed there. MLA Danish Abrar has recently been made advisor to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.
