Shajapur News: Students showed talent in speech quiz competitions

Shajapur. On Voter’s Day, competitions were organized in BKSN College of the city and Girls College located in the fort premises. The oath was taken. The students enthusiastically participated in the programmes. The winners were also rewarded.

Rangoli, Poster Competition

As per the orders of the Office of the Collector and District Election Officer Shajapur, various awareness programs were organized by the Election Literacy Club in the Government Girls College on the occasion of National Voters’ Day. In-charge Principal Dr. Sheru Baig administered the voter oath to the girl students at 11 am. After this, college students were made aware about voting through Rangoli and poster making. Essays were also written by the students on the subject of the necessity of voting.

The girls who participated in the above competitions were awarded with mementoes and certificates. During the program Professor Dr. P. Various programs were organized on the occasion of 12th National Voters’ Day at Pt. Balkrishna Sharma New Government College, Shajapur located in ABroad of the city. In which the oath of voting was first administered by the college principal Dr. RKS Rathore at 11 am, in which all the professors, staff, NSS, NCC volunteers and students were present. After this, speech and quiz competitions were organized by the Election Literacy Club. The theme of the speech contest was voting. Rajendra Chavda, first place in speech competition

Second place went to Mahendra Verma and third place went to Nikita Prajapati.

After the speech, a question-manch was organized on the topic related to election awareness. The team of Rajendra Singh Chavda, Veer Pratap Singh and Bharat Singh was the winner in the quiz. Certificates were given to all the contestants who participated in the speech and quiz competition and trophies were given to the winners. Dr. BL Malviya, Prof. Narayan Choudhary, Prof. Garima Singh Parihar was in the role of judge. At the same time, the question forum was organized by Dr. Sunil Advani, Prof. Rajat Rathore and librarian Nahav Alam Ansari. The program was organized by Electoral Literacy Board in collaboration with NSS and NCC.
