Shinde Camp Files Petition in SC: The court has entered the political battle of Maharashtra, tomorrow the Supreme Court will hear the application of the Eknath Shinde faction. Actually, Maharashtra Deputy Speaker Speaker had given notice to 16 MLAs to cancel the legislature, after which the Eknath Shinde faction has challenged in the Supreme Court. Two petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court under the leadership of Shiv Sena’s rebel MLA Eknath Shinde. In the petition, the rebel MLAs have challenged the initiation of disqualification proceedings. In the petition, it has also been challenged in the Legislative Assembly to replace Shinde with another MLA as the leader and chief whip of the Shiv Sena Legislature Party. That is, the encroachment of the jurisdiction of the Deputy Speaker has been made an issue. According to sources, the Shinde faction has already sent a copy of its petition to the respondent Maharashtra government. So that the notice time in the court can be saved.
