On which the court should hear, after hearing a lot, Chief Justice NV Ramanna has assured to hear the matter.

There was a lot of ruckus after the video of the inflammatory speech in the Parliament of Religions held in Haridwar went viral. In this Parliament of Religions, controversial words of taking up arms from Hindus to protect religion were spoken, Muslims should not become Prime Minister in the country. There was also talk of a ban on the Muslim population in the hate speech.
