It is a matter of relief among all this that in the last twenty four hours, 11869 patients have been cured of the infection. At present, the number of active corona patients in Delhi has reached 48178. Also, 1586 patients are admitted in hospitals.

According to the data, at present 25909 patients are getting their treatment in home isolation in Delhi. Tests are also being done rapidly amidst increasing cases of corona. In the last 24 hours, 102965 people have been tested.

On Saturday morning itself, Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain had said that about 20,000 new cases will be reported in Delhi today. Jain said that the positivity rate will also increase by 1-2%. He had said that at present, only 10% of the hospitals in the city have patients on corona beds. Just a day earlier on Friday, 17,335 cases of infection were reported in Delhi. The positivity rate was 17.73 percent. During this 9 patients had died.

The threat of Omicron is also increasing rapidly in Delhi. Today 48 new cases of Omicron have been registered in the capital. Along with this, an appeal is being made to everyone to be cautious.
