Divisional Commissioner of Jammu, Dr. Raghav Langer has said in this notice that if any person wants to talk personally, he can go to the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Panama Chowk on January 5, between 11 am to 1 pm. may appear before.

Let us inform that 12 people were killed and many others were injured in a stampede at Vaishno Devi temple in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday morning.

The Jammu and Kashmir government has constituted a high level committee consisting of Principal Secretary (Home), ADG of Police (Jammu) and Divisional Commissioner, Jammu to probe into the Vaishno Devi temple stampede, which will submit its report within a week.

The members of the inquiry committee constituted to investigate the incident visited the site of the incident in the building and took stock of the matter. A government spokesperson said in this regard that the officers interacted with the Chief Executive Officer SMVDSB, Deputy Commissioner Reasi, SP Katra, Commanding Officer CRPF, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Bhawan and other officers and also examined the video footage.
